American-Chinese Yvonne Cheung is appointed Chef Sommelier at Caf? Gray Deluxe.
Yvonne was previously wine director / restaurant manager at the luxury Carneros Inn in California?s Napa Valley wine region, in charge of the wine programme for four dining venues and a retail outlet at the prestigious PlumpJack Resort.
