Minor International has appointed Tracey Lloyd as the new Group Director of Talent. Tracey joins Minor from her previous role as Senior Director Global Talent Management for Hilton Middle East & Africa. For the past 11 years Lloyd?s HR career has progressed with Hilton Hotels Worldwide, first as HR Manager for Hilton hotels in the UK, followed by moving onto become Area Director of HR for Hilton Asia Pacific, and Hilton Middle East and Africa.
In her final role with Hilton, as Senior Director Global Talent Management for the Middle East and Africa, Lloyd was responsible for all management development training, succession planning, talent acquisition and pre-opening support.
