The annual Hospitality Action (HA) Christmas online auction has now gone live. All funds raised will go to support the work of HA, the hospitality industry?s benevolent organisation, by helping those in the industry who are most in need ? something that?s especially important at this time of year.
Now in its eighth year, the auction is the easiest way to pick a gift for a loved one without even having to step outside! The lots on offer are sure to get everyone into the festive spirit, with a great selection of items kindly donated by HA?s supporters up for grabs.
Highlight lots going under the hammer include:
- An overnight stay for two at the five star Coworth Park, Berkshire, with a three course dinner in the Barn restaurant and sommelier chosen wines
- A meal for four at benugo Bar & Kitchen, British Film Institute, London
- Afternoon tea for two at The Dorchester, London
With such great prizes on offer, bidding is sure to be fierce, so make sure you get your bids in early ? the auction will close at 2pm on Friday 2nd December.? All bidding will be carried out online and taking part couldn?t be easier. Over the past eight years the Hospitality Action online auctions have raised just over ?50,000. Last Christmas the auction raised just under ?3,400 and hopes are high that a new record figure will be set for 2011.
