The Times and The Sunday Times launch exclusive new dining experience

Eat Out

The Times and The Sunday Times are launching a brand new dining experience on Saturday which will give restaurants immediate access to hundreds of thousands of customers throughout the year.

The ?Eat Out? card will be available initially as an exclusive benefit for Times and Sunday Times subscribers and will then be rolled out as a standalone product similar to Taste and Gourmet Society in early 2012. The card will be sold for approximately ?50 but remain as a complimentary benefit to Times+ members (subscribers of the two newspapers).

More than 700 restaurants have already signed up to become an Eat Out partner. With free marketing across The Times and Sunday Times portfolio including newspapers, websites and iPad editions; association with these iconic brands and access to premium customers all year round, eateries are signing up on a daily basis.

Restaurants have the choice to offer members two main meals for the price of one, 50% off the food bill and 25% off the total bill. A variety of eateries have already signed up, ranging from high street favourites such as Prezzo and Loch Fyne to high-end establishments including The Grill at The Dorchester in London, JSW in Hampshire and La Garrigue in Edinburgh.

Over the last 10 years, more than a million Times and Sunday Times readers have dined out for less thanks to a range of fantastic dining offers. Eat Out consolidates all these offers into one simple, easy-to-use scheme.

Jo Coughlin, Head of Partnerships, The Times and Sunday Times, said: ?Eat Out is a new and innovative value offering from The Times and The Sunday Times. This is our biggest and best dining offer yet which will give restaurants exclusive access to a growing number of premium customers throughout the year as well as the chance to partner with two world-renowned brands.

?As we value our loyal customers the most, we are offering this exciting new benefit as an ongoing addition to the subscription pack via Times+.?
