Air France and Servair celebrate fine dining on board a flight to Dakar

With the cooperation of three Servair chefs present on board, Air France and its airline catering subsidiary will offer customers in all three cabin classes elegant appetizers worthy of a fine restaurant.
During the flight, passengers will be able to talk to the chefs and learn the secrets of the air transport catering trade: tips on seasoning a dish served on board, the ingredients not compatible with air transport and the absolute essentials, as well as advice on presentation and other rare information about airline cuisine.

On the menu, in addition to the customary in-flight offer:

For Economy passengers
– autumn verrine (lentil and duck magret salad, mushroom carpaccio and fried prawns)
For Business and Premium Economy passengers
– Salmon mousse roll
