Congratulations to all the winners at the?HR In Hospitality Awards for Excellence 2012 in association with Caterer.com. All seven winners were members of the BHA.
Red Carnation Hotels won the Excellence in Recruitment and Retention award. The company has been championing innovative initiatives to seek new talent to join the industry.
Other winners were: Le Manoir Aux Quat’ Saison for establishing links with schools and colleges, CH&Co.?for their learning and development initiatives and Intercontinental London Park Lane for excellent employee engagement.

The Awards, held at The Dorchester last week, raised ?50,000 on the night for Hospitality in Action and Springboard UK.
