June 19, 2012 – Denver, Colo. – Sage Restaurant Group (SRG) announced today that Dana Faulk, the general manager of The Corner Office Restaurant + Martini Bar, has been promoted to the position of general manager of SRG's highly-anticipated new concept, Kachina Southwestern Grill. Kachina will open in the Westin Hotel in Westminster, Colo. later this year and promises to be one of Colorado's most unique dining concepts. Kachina will feature a menu and d?cor influenced by authentic Southwestern culture and cuisine, incorporating Native American, Mexican and European influences.

Faulk's expertise in managing restaurants is evident by her success at The Corner Office, which has experienced significant growth under her leadership, won several awards and generated a thriving reputation as one of Denver's hottest locations for superb cocktails, global cuisine and expertly executed events. She is one of SRG's rising stars, recently winning several company honors including 'Rookie of the Year' and 'Circle of Achievement.'

Before joining SRG, Faulk was the general manager of Salt Bistro in Boulder, and she was also the general manager for Jax Fish House in Boulder and Denver and a manager for Mao Asian Bistro in Denver. A graduate of University of Colorado's School of Communications, Faulk is also active in the National Association of Asian American Professionals.
