Four Seasons Hotel Buenos Aires Introduces New Sommelier and Beverage Manager in Advance of New Restaurant and Bar Openings This Fall.

Sebastian Maggi has a vast experience in the world of wine and cocktails.

Last May,?Four Seasons?Hotel Buenos Aires began a multi-million dollar?comprehensive renovation project?that includes a new restaurant, bar, garden, lobby, and guest rooms and suites. As part of this new era, Four Seasons welcomes Sebastian Maggi as Sommelier and Beverage Manager.

Sebastian has a vast experience in the world of wine and cocktails. Graduated as sommelier in EAS (Argentine School of Sommeliers), his first steps were as a teacher in this same school and also at CAVE (Argentine Center Wine and Spirits).

He worked as sommelier, bar and restaurant manager in Sucre and L’Abeille, and also collaborated with several magazines and TV shows sharing his knowledge in wines, beers and spirits. Sebastian has also participated in several competitions as taster and gastronomic consultant. He also holds a degree in psychology from the University of Buenos Aires, where he still teaches today, and some of his hobbies are swimming and reading.

With all his expertise and charming personality, Sebastian will be key for this exciting new stage in the food and beverage division atFour Seasons?Hotel Buenos Aires.
