Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas continues to make strides in the fight against cancer. The Hotel?s 13th Annual Seasons 4 a Cure Cancer Run & Fun Walk will be held Sunday, October 7, 2012 at the campus of UC San Diego Nevada Cancer Institute (NVCI) in Las Vegas.
Hosted by KSNV-Ch. 3, the local NBC affiliate, anchors Kim and Dana Wagner of the popular local morning show ?Wake Up with the Wagners,? the run will be presented in conjunction with the Las Vegas Running Company. In addition to KSNV-TV Ch. 3, major sponsors include MIX 94.1 FM and the Las Vegas Review-Journal newspaper. All proceeds will benefit NVCI.

Seasons 4 a Cure is a family and pet-friendly event that will include a 5K Run & Fun Walk as well as a 100-yard children?s dash, children?s carnival activities and a breakfast buffet featuring tantalizing items prepared by Four Seasons chefs. Participants can also enter to win exciting raffle prizes, including dinners, show tickets, Four Seasons stays and more. To date, this community event, combined with the Hotel?s ongoing employee fundraising efforts, has raised more than USD 671,000.00 benefiting cancer research in the Las Vegas Valley.

The run will kick off at NVCI. Registration begins at 7:00 am and the run will begin at 9:00 am. Advanced registration fees are USD 25.00 for adults, USD 10.00 for children ages 12 and under and USD 20.00 for seniors 55 and older plus USD 3.00 for an Xtreme Timing Chip. All participants will receive a commemorative t-shirt. Non-runners can purchase tickets at the event for breakfast and activities only for USD 15.00 for adults and USD 10.00 for children. Registration and donations are accepted online.
