HVS Capital Corp announces the opportunity to purchase the newly-renovated Hampton Inn Hilton Head. The 115-room hotel is the only Hilton branded property on picturesque Hilton Head Island located in South Carolina.
A comprehensive $1.2 million PIP was just completed at the property which raises the hotel?s facilities up to the standards of a new-build Hampton Inn. With the renovation, the hotel?s trailing-three month revenue is up 74%.
Additionally, the competitive set?s occupancy is up 16% year-to-date April 2012. Given these factors, the Hampton Inn Hilton Head offers excellent upside potential. The property is being offered unencumbered by management. Call for offers is on Friday July 27, 2012.
