WHAT: Enjoy Master Chef Patrick Ponsaty?s French interpretation on traditional Christmas favorites presented in a four-course prix fixe menu. A custom reserve wine list will be available. Guests will be gifted with the Chef?s specialty French King Cake upon departure.

New Year?s Eve Dinner in Mistral with Master Chef Ponsaty
WHO: $75 adults for the 5 p.m. four-course tasting menu; $125 adults for the 8 p.m. seven-course tasting menu. Reservations by calling 619-424-4463
WHAT: Savor a prix fixe menu as well as sparkling desserts from Chef Patrick Ponsaty, who earned the distinguished designation of Master Chef of France earlier this year. Dine to the sultry sounds of a French chanteuse while making selections from a custom reserve wine list before a champagne toast at midnight.

New Year?s Eve Rock Around the Clock
WHO: Open to the public.
WHAT: Enjoy bottle service to the sounds of the five-piece band City Lights and then as the clock nears midnight, dance the night away with a professional DJ in Cays Lounge. Festivities include a countdown on the media wall, champagne toast, party favors and a 4,000 balloon drop.

Deck the Halls! (And the Boat Slips!)
In true seaside holiday tradition, the resort?s 80-slip marina is aglow in holiday lights each night through the New Year. Cruise the bay and view the decorative lights with the elaborate “Buon Natale” Cruise, when a one-of-a-kind Santa Gondolier treats guests to their favorite Christmas carols as they cruise through the enchanting canals and waterways of the Coronado Cays. Christmas Classics Holiday Film Series
Get in the spirit of the holidays this December by enjoying favorite holiday films on the media wall in Cays Lounge at 6 p.m. on select days. Sit by the fireplace and snuggle up for classics including ?Miracle on 34th Street? on Dec. 11; ?A Christmas Carol? on Dec. 18 and ?A Christmas Story? on Christmas Day.
