People 1st is carrying out a major research study with employers across the hospitality and tourism industry, involving 4,000 telephone interviews with businesses across the UK between now and mid-November.
The results will be used to develop the 2013 State of the Nation report, the definitive guide to skills in our industry and used to inform and influence government and the education system.
