Poland: the employees from the head office got out their spray cans to promote diversity

In July, the Accor employees from the head office in Warsaw got out their spray cans to promote diversity in the workplace by graffitiing a wall of a building that belongs to Orange.

Organised by the 13 signatories of the Polish diversity charter, this project was supervised by a Polish street and graffiti artist.

Just a reminder that the Diversity Charter in Poland was officially signed by 13 large companies (as Accor and Orange) in the chancellery of the Polish prime minister.

For Accor’s teams in Poland, there are two main priorities for 2012:

  • pursue gender equality in the workplace.
  • change opinions and behaviour regarding age diversity.
