The renowned hotel chain Leonardo Hotels signed a management contract with the exclusive 5-Star Alden Luxury Suite Hotel in April of this year. In the course of the takeover the extensive soft renovation with a scope of CHF750,000 has now begun. The concept of the interior designers Andreas Neudahm is intended to take the building that is listed for protection and make it shine in new splendour.
The 5-star Alden Luxury Suite Hotel was built in 1895 and completely renovated in 2004. An extensive soft renovation is now starting within the framework of the takeover by Leonardo Hotels that stretches from the public areas of the hotel to the guest rooms and is projected to be completed by the end of the year. This will provide all of the suites with new carpeting, new beds at a comfortable height and new furniture in the living room area. New high-quality decorative elements will also adorn the rooms.
New colour accents are being added to the restaurant, the bar and in the lobby with the aid of wallpapers. The appearance will also be characterised by a new lighting design. An inviting atmosphere will be created through the combination of a luxurious new interior with historic elements there as well.
The Alden Luxury Suite Hotel is viewed by Leonardo Hotels as a “Standalone Property” to be operated individually. “We are proud to be allowed to operate the Alden Luxury Suite Hotel.
