First quarter results were originally scheduled to be reported after the close of business on Wednesday, May 2, 2012. A quarterly conference call for investors and other interested parties, originally scheduled for Thursday, May 3, 2012, has been rescheduled to 10:00 a.m. ET on Wednesday, May 2, 2012. Management will discuss the company’s first quarter 2012 results.
