The Brewery Appoints New Executive Chef

Thomas Gore has been appointed Executive Chef at London venue The Brewery.

The new Executive Chef’s culinary experience includes roles at a number of event caterers, most recently as Executive Chef at The Recipe having moved to The Recipe after holding an Executive Chef role at Dish. His previous experience also consists of Taste Catering, Digby Trout as well as a period of employment in Sydney.

Gore will bring his wealth of knowledge and gastronomic skills to the award winning catering team at the venue, while being responsible for overseeing a team of ten chefs. His role includes designing menus, and creating dishes for a range of prestigious events, from breakfast boardroom meetings of 40 people, high profile conferences for up to 1000 delegates to celebrity studded three course awards dinners for 600 guests.

Thomas Gore, Executive Chef at The Brewery, commented: “I am really looking forward to widening my skills by working at The Brewery and passing on my experience to the rest of the catering team. The venue already possesses a respected reputation for catering within the events industry, which many venues with in-house caterers fail to achieve. I aim to strengthen this reputation further, winning more awards, staying up to date with food trends, and creating a distinctive offering suitable for the wide range of high profile events The Brewery hosts.”

Maria Duddin, Managing Director, The Brewery added: “Thomas is bringing to The Brewery a wealth of knowledge, creativity and experience. I am really looking forward to seeing the impact of these skills on our award winning catering, taking it to the next level of gastronomy.”
