The 5th annual National Restaurant Awards was held for the first time at The Brewery on Monday 8th October welcoming a host of the UK’s top chefs and restaurants.
The menu on the evening, created by Brewery Executive Chef Tom Gore, was extremely well received with many of the celebrity chefs in attendance commenting on the high quality of the food and the excellent presentation. The menu for the evening was:
Beetroot three ways with soft goats cheese, cherry tomatoes and truffle vinaigrette.
18 hour slow roasted shoulder of lamb with Yukon gold topping, parmesan served with stem broccoli and spiced roasted carrots.
Classic warm sticky toffee pudding with caramel sauce and macerated berries.
The top award went to The Ledbury for the third year in a row and all of at The Brewery would like to congratulate them on their well earned success.
