With Air France?s free mobile and iPad apps, customers can buy a ticket, manage their booking, check in and receive their boarding pass in just a few minutes. The approach is the same as on the website. Booking and payment (by credit card only) are carried out in a completely secure environment. For some medium and long-haul flights* on departure from Europe, customers can receive their boarding pass directly on their mobile phone via SMS, MMS or e-mail as early as 30 hours before the latest check-in time.

In addition to the Air France application on iPhone and Android, the company has launched two new apps to download free of charge: Special offers by Air France on iPhone, and Air France on iPad. With impressive visuals to inspire the desire to travel, easy navigation and direct access to the best fares to prepare their trip, customers can travel at the best price and benefit from the Air France guide to its destinations.
Air France Connect: for information in real time
When booking their flight, customers benefit from "Air France Connect", an exclusive service, free of charge, with no registration or subscription required, which proactively informs them of changes or irregularities during their trip. With the mobile phone number and e-mail address provided by customers when booking their trip, Air France will inform them and offer an alternative solution, from 14 days before departure, either by telephone, SMS or e-mail, of any flight cancellation or delay, a change in gate or delayed baggage delivery on arrival.
The Air France corporate website, available on iPhone
For easier access to information, all those interested in air transport and more specifically Air France can now access the Air France corporate website on their iPhone. This application is bilingual (French-English) and is addition to the corporate website and its mobile version for smartphones (mobile-corporate.airfrance.com). Available for download free of charge on App Store, it provides all the real-time information available on the website.
