Regent Hotels and Resort welcomed Mr. Arjan de Boer as the newly appointed senior vice president of development and technical services.
Mr. de Boer has extensive experience in all aspects of resort and hotel development, operations, asset management and technical services garnered in luxury boutique villa resorts and hotels throughout Asia. He possesses a bachelor’s degree in hotel administration from Christelijke Hogeschool in the Netherlands.
Mr. de Boer joined Regent Hotels and Resorts following nearly 11 years of employment at Alila Hotels and Resorts. During his time at Alila, he led and completed multiple projects; many of which have been featured and praised in Cond? Nast Traveler’s Top 100 Hot List. As vice president of development, He was responsible for resort and hotel developments, project sourcing, design development and review, legal agreements, planning, technical services and pre-opening assistance of projects throughout Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. He developed excellent relationships with developers and architects, ensuring a smooth design and development process.
