Boumediene Ouadjed Promoted to General Manager of the 99-key Le M?ridien Bora Bora

May 20, 2013 (Bora Bora)?-?Le M?ridien Bora Bora?has announced the appointment of Boum?di?ne Ouadjed as General Manager. A 15-year veteran of Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Ouadjed was promoted to his new position following a successful two-year run as Assistant General Manager during which the resort added new features including an Ecological Center. As General Manager, Ouadjed now has responsibility for all resort operations including sales, marketing and guest services.

Ouadjed arrived at Le M?ridien Bora Bora in 2011 following a five-year run as Complex Director of Sales & Marketing at Le M?ridien Libreville in Gabon. Previously, he was stationed in Europe for ten years as Sales Manager and Front Office Manager for Sheraton Luxembourg Aerogolf Hotel. Ouadjed got his start at the Starwood Central Reservation Center in Cork, Ireland, in 1998.

A native of France, Ouadjed studied French Literature at Valenciennes University (France). He is fluent in Italian, English and French.
