Claudia Fossa has been appointed Restaurant Chef forTHE Blvd?at Beverly Wilshire, AFour Seasons?Hotel. Claudia joins the iconic Beverly Hills property after her previous position as Restaurant Chef at Aramara at Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita, Mexico.
Born in Lima, Peru, Claudia was initially inspired to the kitchen by her ?hobby chef? father and her mother, which eventually lead her to study and graduate from Le Cordon Bleu in her hometown. After working professionally in Peru, Claudia started her career atFour Seasons?with an internship at?Four SeasonsResort Palm Beach before joining the banqueting operation at?Four Seasons?Hotel Doha. Upon returning to the Americas after five years in Doha, Fossa joined the team at Punta Mita creating new menus and interactive experiences for her guests.
“I am inspired by the local products in California,” says Fossa. “And I look forward to creating in the kitchen at THE Blvd at Beverly Wilshire.”
