Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta Names Rajiv Malhotra General Manager

Effective September 16, 2013, Rajiv Malhotra has been named General Manager of?Four Seasons?Hotel Atlanta.

Malhotra, a 24-year industry veteran, has worked in management positions around the world, including the past 12 years with?Four Seasons?Hotels and Resorts.? He makes the move to Atlanta from?Four Seasons?Resort Bora Bora, where he most recently served as the General Manager for this acclaimed resort. Prior to settling down in French Polynesia, Rajiv was the Hotel Manager at?Four Seasons?Las Vegas and the Resort Manager atFour Seasons?Resort Great Exuma (formerly a?Four Seasons?resort). His career with?Four Seasons?began atFour Seasons?Resort The Biltmore Santa Barbara.

Prior to joining Four Seasons, Malhotra worked in India at The Oberoi Grand in Calcutta and at The Oberoi in New Delhi in a variety of operational roles for more than 10 years.

Malhotra earned his Masters of Management in Hospitality from Cornell University, School of Hotel Administration, as well as a diploma in hotel management from the Oberoi School of Hotel Management in New Delhi.? He also earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Calcutta University and a Diplome de la Langue from Alliance Francaise in Calcutta.? Born in Lucknow and raised in Calcutta, India, he speaks seven languages: English, French, Bangladeshi, Hindi, Bengali, Punjabi and Urdu.? Rajiv, a father of two sons, Rohaan and Rumaan, resides in Atlanta with his wife Susmeeta and enjoys relaxing with a good PG Wodehouse book, watching movies and spending time with his family.
