PERTH, Scotland ? May 24, 2013?? Hilton Dunkeld House has welcomed new senior member, Raymond Sterpaio, to the hotel?s hospitality team.
Sterpaio will take up the role of head chef at the hotel?s Garden Restaurant and will oversee the day to day running of the hotel?s kitchen as well as being responsible for the training of commis chefs and apprentices.
Mike Metcalfe, general manager at Hilton Dunkeld House, said: ?Raymond has a fantastic reputation within the industry and will manage an excellent team of individuals at the Garden restaurant. His previous experience, enthusiasm and aptitude mean he will be a great addition to the food and beverage team here at the hotel.?
With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Sterpaio joins the team having previously held similar roles at Mains Castle in Dundee and The Fairmont in St Andrews where he was part of the team that cooked for the G20 summit.
