Hotel Andaluz Hires New General Manager

Downtown Albuquerque?s?Hotel Andaluzhas a new general manager.?John O?Harahas taken the post after working as the hotel director for Norwegian Cruise Lines. O?Hara has more than 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

In addition to working several years for Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, he was the manager of the Rio Rico Resort & Country Club in Arizona from 1999 to 2004. He worked at Hyatt properties in Florida, Puerto Rico, Texas, Illinois and Hawaii.

O?Hara will oversee the 107-room property, its staff and identify new revenue opportunities.

Hotel Andaluz was the fourth hotel built by Conrad Hilton. It had a rebirth in 2009 by Goodman and is the only Historic Gold LEED Certified hotel in the Southwest. It is also a AAA Four Diamond hotel.
