(NHHR) – a collection of luxury hotels and resorts – proudly announces the appointment of Marco Perry as General Manager and Patrick Connors as Director of Sales and Marketing at Riviera Palm Springs, located at the base of the San Jacinto Mountains. As the General Manager, Perry will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the resort, while maximizing company revenue. Connors, as the Director of Sales and Marketing, will be responsible for the planning and development of the sales and marketing functions Riviera Palm Springs, while creating and implementing strategic goals for the property.

Prior to joining the Riviera Palm Springs team, Perry has developed a track record of successful operations as General Manager position at multiple hotels including the Shorebreak Hotel and Hotel Angeleno. Perry, who grew up in the hospitality industry, brings an international flair to the table. He was the previous partner of both the critically acclaimed Opus One in Munich, Germany, and Marketplace, a farm-to-table establishment in Woburn, England.

With more than 20 years of sales, marketing and strategic planning experience, Connors joins Riviera Palm Springs after previously working in multiple senior sales and marketing roles for hotels and resorts throughout California. Most recently, Connors held the Director of Sales and Marketing position at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina, with a proven record of successful implementation of innovative sales and marketing strategies.
