Merrillville, Ind. (Oct. 22, 2013): White Lodging is pleased to announce Keith Daub as its new full service chief operating officer.
Daub will oversee the full service division of the company and work closely with the company?s Select Service Chief Operating Officer Bryan Hayes. He will also oversee three regional vice presidents and the full service vice president of revenue generation.
?Keith strives to keep customers first in his focus on operations, and believes customer satisfaction is the key to repeat business, leading to long term success at a property,? said Dave Sibley, White Lodging?s president and chief executive officer, hospitality management.
Prior to joining White Lodging, Daub spent more than 12 years as the president and chief operating officer of Winegardner and Hammons, Inc. He also spent time as the vice president of food and beverage and the senior vice president of operations with that company.
A New Jersey native, Daub worked in a variety of hotel positions in high school and college. He graduated from Cornell University?s School of Hotel Administration, and has served as an assistant general manager and general manager at numerous hotels.
