Air France-KLM and the Club Med renew their strategic partnership

On 7 November 2013, at the Head Office of Club Med, Pierre Descazeaux, SVP French Market at Air France and Sylvain Rabuel, SVP France Benelux & Switzerland at Club Med, signed a three-year agreement to develop joint projects for the benefit of their customers and meet all future challenges together.

The renewal of this agreement is in line with the strategic issues facing both companies, which have many similarities, including recruitment and loyalty programmes for their customers, whose profiles are similar.

Air France-KLM is currently the Club Med?s leading airline partner. Similarly, the Club Med remains Air France?s leading partner of in the field of Tourism and Group sales.

Thanks to the Air France-KLM network, the Club Med is able to gain market share in the French regions and Europe. This partnership will enable the tour operator to offer its customers a wide range of competitive, quality services.

Within the framework of this partnership, the Club Med systematically consults Air France-KLM for its transport needs and the Group is committed to consistently providing the best possible offers on departure from France and the main countries in which it operates.

With this agreement, the two groups have agreed on the deployment of joint actions in the fields of marketing and e-services for the benefit of their customers. This will include the possibility for the customer to check in online, be allocated a seat, order special meals, etc.
