The company signed a management license agreement with HDauff Empreendimentos Imobiliarios Ltda to operate the new Hilton Garden Inn hotel in S?o Jose do Rio Preto, S?o Paulo. The hotel will be built in Georgina Business Park, a business epicenter with an innovating concept that unites high technology and nature preservation, located in a strategic point in the south of the city, considered the most valued and distinguished region of S?o Jos? do Rio Preto.

Designed with a modern look and feel by Ilha Arquitetura Company and with interiors designed by Triplex Arquitetura, Hilton Garden Inn Sao Jose do Rio Preto will form part of the 33-acre multiple-purpose Georgina Business Park project situated 273 miles northwest of S?o Paulo. In addition to the hotel, the complex will include residences, offices, restaurants, boulevard mall, bank agencies, a convention center and parking, all distributed in twelve commercial towers following a modern architectural style. Hilton Garden Inn Sao Jose do Rio Preto will be the first Hilton Garden Inn in Brazil as well as the first condo-hotel model operated by Hilton Worldwide.

Forming part of the award-winning, mid-priced brand that delivers high quality and value, Hilton Garden Inn S?o Jose do Rio Preto will be located within five minutes of main avenues with commercial services, and 15 minutes from the city center and Prof. Eriberto Manoel Reino Airport. Guests will also have easy access to major highways to the northern and southern regions of Brazil, and the capital of the State of S?o Paulo.

Guests of this new Hilton Garden Inn hotel in S?o Jose do Rio Preto will find themselves surrounded by a lush green landscape in the midst of the urban setting. Georgina Business Park will feature gardens with native plant species, and several lakes offering relaxation and visual comfort to guests.

The hotel will feature 134 guest rooms, all with the Garden Sleep System??allowing guests to adjust the firmness and softness of the bed.
