The Londa Hotel in Cyprus has recently welcomed new Executive Chef Giovanni Caracciolo to its Caprice Restaurant. Caracciolo has previous experience at La Scala Opera House in Milan, and will bring a renewed and refreshed menu that remains traditionally and authentically Italian.
