Lesser, President & CEO of LW Hospitality Advisors (LWHA) today announced the opening of the firm’s third office, to be led by Brian Biggs CPA. Mr. Biggs, who serves as Senior Vice President based in Orlando, FL, brings more than 25 years of experience in a wide range of hospitality financial, operational, valuation, and advisory services. Mr. Biggs provides services to corporate, institutional and individual clients on many facets of hospitality real estate including: expert testimony, site evaluation, highest and best use analysis, appraisals, and feasibility and market studies.

Most recently, Mr. Biggs served as Vice President with CBRE where he executed nearly a thousand hospitality related assignments throughout the eastern United States, the Caribbean, Mexico and Latin America. Mr. Biggs, who is a Certified Public Accountant, previously held accounting/finance positions, including Director of Finance, with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts (Four Seasons) in Dallas, New York, Philadelphia, and the island of Nevis in the West Indies. Prior to his decade long tenure with Four Seasons, Mr. Biggs held a variety of operational positions with Bristol Hotels & Resorts and its predecessor Harvey Hotel Company.
Mr. Biggs earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas — School of Management. He is a Candidate for Designation with the Appraisal Institute, and is a Licensed Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Florida, Georgia, and Mississippi, as well as a Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker.
