London – Marriott International is once again one of the best big companies to work for in the UK, according to The Sunday Times.? For the sixth consecutive year, Marriott features on the ?25 Best Big Companies to Work For? list, this year climbing 5 places to 7th place overall.? This distinction maintains the company?s ?two star status? under the ?Best Companies Accreditation Standard 2013.?
The results of the employee questionnaire reveal that 79% of Marriott associates believe that the company is run on strong values with a further 82% feeling they make a valuable contribution to its success.? The Sunday Times also highlights that most associates are excited about the direction in which the company is going and love their jobs.
