The NFC Foundation, a Nash Finch Company (Nasdaq: NAFC) charitable
organization, today announced that over $690,000 in grants and donations
were provided to nonprofit organizations in 2012, representing a 47%
increase in giving over 2011.
The NFC Foundation provides funding to selected nonprofits in areas
where Nash Finch associates live and work, primarily in the foundation?s
focus areas of hunger relief and shelter.
