Far be it from us to complain about the weather here in Wine Country, so consider this more of an educational post. Our garden gnome, Chef Matt Lowe, snapped this picture just the other day as he came into the Kendall-Jackson Wine Center. If you look closely you?ll notice the ice and frost on the fountain leading into the tasting room. That?s cold.
Now, a lot of you probably think that it?s always warm and beautiful here in Sonoma County. And most of the time you?re right. But every now and again, the temperature will drop. There?s not harm happening to the vines; instead, it?s just a lot of people looking for gloves and heavier coats than we?re generally used to.
Cheers.
