LateRooms.com names the top-rated British hotels on a wave of rave reviews
LateRooms.com today turns the spotlight on the accommodation that hotel-goers love the most with its Simply The Guest Awards, which recognise the properties with the most positive customer reviews on the site. The hotel booking specialist has identified the winning hotels for 2012 using its huge database of genuine customer reviews, and the awards will see XX hotels honoured with a coveted LateRooms.com Simply The Guest Award.
After an exhaustive hunt through its 70,000 hotels, B&Bs, cottages and apartments, the team at LateRooms.com identified the properties that scored the highest in the all-important customer feedback reviews. Ranging from a romantic gem in Ayr to a picturesque golf haven in Plymouth, and taking in practical family properties through to stylish boutique getaways, the Simply The Guest Awards are the first of their kind from LateRooms.com, and will recognise properties all over the UK. Indulgent categories such as Best Luxury Hotel and Best Spa Hotel are included alongside categories focusing on pet-friendly, historic and countryside hotels.

The reviews database is seen as an important port of call for customers to check outa hotel before they check in, with a recent survey by LateRooms.com revealing 40% of customers would not book a hotel without reading guest reviews first.
