On Tuesday 12 March, Air France expects to operate:
– all its long-haul flights,
– 65% of its short and medium-haul flights to and from Paris-Charles de Gaulle,
– 70% of its short and medium-haul flights to and from Paris-Orly.
– There may, however, be some last-minute delays and cancellations.?
To limit any inconvenience, Air France advises its customers planning to travel on 12 March on a short or medium-haul flight to or from Paris-Orly and Paris-Charles de Gaulle to postpone their trip wherever possible.?
Air France enables its customers to change their reservation at no extra cost:

– by calling the dedicated phone number 01 57 02 10 58 (from 6:30am to 10pm). This number is only available in France. In other countries please consult?www.airfrance.com?to find out the number for the country concerned.

In all cases, before going to the airport, all customers should consult the flight schedule information, available in real time:

by texting your flight number to?6 3654?(e.g.: AF6250).
In the case of flight cancellations or delays, Air France has the AF Connect service which informs customers directly on their cell phones, smartphone or by e-mail as long as they have provided their contact information when booking. AF Connect is free of charge and available in 13 languages for all passengers worldwide.
In order to be notified personally by AF Connect, Air France invites its customers to update their con-tact information (phone and / or e-mail) in their reservation file on the Air France website.
Air France will then be able to inform them personally by SMS or e-mail in case of disruption to their flight.
Furthermore, as access to the Paris airports may be difficult, Air France advises its customers to allow more time to get to the airport.
Air France staff are doing all they can to minimize the possible impact of snowfall for its customers and are at their disposal to inform and assist them.
