Travelodge Hotels Ltd., Thame, England,?has appointed Peter Gowers chief executive officer, succeeding Grant Hearn, who will remain in the post for two weeks to help facilitate the changeover.
The 41-year-old Gowers joins Travelodge from U.K. self-storage operator Safestore Holdings, where he served as CEO since 2011. Other earlier roles included chief executive, Asia-Pacific, and chief marketing officer for IHG.
