The AAA Five Diamond Award is given to selected restaurants that demonstrate the highest level of excellence in every aspect of operation. To be considered for the AAA rating, restaurants must undergo a thorough inspection by one of AAA?s full-time, trained, professional evaluators. AAA Diamond ratings reflect the overall food, service, d?cor and ambiance offered by the establishment. Of the 26,000 restaurants reviewed by AAA in the United States, only 53 establishments have achieved the prestigious Five Diamond distinction.
