Benchmark Hospitality International, a leading U.S.-based hospitality management company, has appointed Nathaniel (Nate) Waldron director of operations for The Heldrich, a Benchmark Hotel? located in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Stacy Martin, Benchmark’s general manager for The Heldrich, made the announcement.
“It is a pleasure to announce Nate’s promotion at our hotel,” said Ms. Martin. “He is such a vital member of our team and one of the most inspiring executives I’ve had the privilege to work with in my hospitality career. This is a well-deserved appointment and our property is fortunate to have Nate assume the number two leadership role here at The Heldrich.”
Previously Nate Waldron was director of conference services for The Heldrich, a position to which he was appointed in 2008 upon rejoining Benchmark Hospitality International. He also served as director of conference services for Dolce Basking Ridge, New Jersey, which Benchmark Hospitality operated at that time as the North Maple Inn.
Throughout his career, Mr. Waldron has been consistently referred to as one of the top conference professionals in the U.S. meetings industry. He has been instrumental in assisting hotels with which he is affiliated receive top industry and service awards, including the Four Diamond Award, the Pinnacle Award for meeting excellence, and the “50 Best Places to Work in New Jersey” award. Mr. Waldron resides in Lambertville, New Jersey.
