Campos comes from the InterContinental Hotel San Juan Resort and Casino where he served as Executive Chef and focused on?Caribbean?and Italian dishes.? Much of his experience is in Latin cuisine and fresh preparation.? He brings with him more than 24 years of experience in the hospitality industry and has been recognized for his culinary creations and teamwork internationally.
