Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group Announces Two General Manager Appointments

Hong Kong, 23 April 2014 – Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group has announced the appointments of Mark Bradford as General Manager of Mandarin Oriental, Marrakech, and , Jakarta. Both appointments are effective immediately.

Mark Bradford joins the Marrakech property, which is scheduled to open in 2015, from Mandarin Oriental, Jakarta where he has held the position of General Manager since 2012. Prior to this, Mr Bradford was General Manager of Mandarin Oriental, Manila and the Group?s former resort property in Chiang Mai. He embarked on his career with Mandarin Oriental in 2001 as Hotel Manager of Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok.

Maximilian von Reden will succeed Mr Bradford as General Manager of Mandarin Oriental, Jakarta. Mr von Reden has a 21 year career history in hospitality and joined the Group in 2007 as Executive Assistant Manager, Food and Beverage at Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok. Most recently, Mr von Reden was Hotel Manager at Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo.
