The 241-room Delta Orlando Lake Buena Vista, which opens in December, will be operated under a franchise agreement by JHM Hotels and will be the first Delta Hotels and Resorts-branded property in the United States.
Marriott International acquired the?Delta Hotels and Resorts?brand in April, adding 37 hotels and nearly 10,000 rooms to the Marriott portfolio.
