Alexander Hoerner, vice president of sales at Steigenberger Hotel Group is appointed chairman of the HSMAI Europe sales advisory board.
?The environment for sales in the hospitality industry is changing rapidly,? says Hoerner. ?We are facing a high focus on e-commerce targeting primarily B2C guests. The future sales manager who focuses on the B2B part of our business will need more skills than today.?
