Mandarin Oriental will manage a hotel and branded residences under development in Beirut.
Scheduled to open in 2018, the overall development comprises two adjacent buildings located in Beirut?s Central District in the heart of Lebanon?s capital.
Mandarin Oriental, Beirut will be located in the south tower, with 280 rooms and suites and 25 serviced apartments.
The north tower will house 103 Residences at Mandarin Oriental, which, according to the company, will provide the ?most luxurious and desirable living in central Beirut.?
The project is under development by the Olayan Group, a Saudi Arabian multinational group, with which Mandarin Oriental recently jointly acquired The Hotel Ritz, Madrid.
