Wanda Hotels & Resorts appoints Qian Jin as president responsible for leading and overseeing the company?s international growth plan.
Qian began his career with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide in 1986 at the Sheraton Hua Ting Hotel in Shanghai.
He was promoted to general manager of the Sheraton Langkawi Beach Resort in 1995.
He joined the group?s regional headquarters in Singapore in 2000 to oversee operations in Greater China.? In 2012, he was named president of Greater China and he established the country?s regional office in Shanghai.
An MBA graduate of Bond University, Australia, Mr. Qian earned his Doctorate degree in Business Administration from Victoria University.
