This interactive class takes children through the 101s of afternoon tea. Lessons in manners include how to handle your teacup with grace and how to properly excuse yourself from the tea table, as well as an education on the various types of teas available.
Greenmarket Chef Walk
Guests visit a local Greenmarket with the hotel’s chef to source the best organic, peak-of-season produce available. Together with the chef, they create a menu featuring their purchases.
