The Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International (HSMAI) announces Sales2Win, a series of self-paced online training programmes for sales professionals who are looking to evolve into better businesspeople and who take a more strategic and consultative approach toward customer interactions.
“Sales2Win was developed in reaction to a growing need for sales talent development that was reinforced by participants in HSMAI’s 2015 Chief Sales Officer Executive Roundtable,” said Fran Brasseux, executive vice president of HSMAI.
Programme leader John Parke, president & CEO of Leadership Synergies, says HSMAI’s Sales2Win training programme is unique in the industry as it also contains a personalised mentoring component. “The Sales2Win mentoring will help sales professionals apply the course learnings, and develop and review an action plan,” says Parke.
