Yagao Meihua Hotel Management has announced the formal opening of the Mercure Shanghai Zhangjiang. The hotel, formerly the Pudong International Talent City Hotel Shanghai, has been rebranded. In the more than nine months since Huazhu Hotels Group and Accor Hotels Group formally announced the signing of a long-term strategic alliance agreement, three Mercure hotels have opened in Shanghai.
