Spain’s IBEROSTAR Hotels & Resorts plans to open two hotels in New York City and Miami.
Located at 70 Park Avenue, at the centre of Manhattan, the New York hotel will be a 4-star boutique hotel featuring 205 rooms spread across 16 floors. It is scheduled to be inaugurated on 15 June.
Its second hotel, IBEROSTAR Berkeley, in the art deco district of South Beach, Miami, is scheduled to open in December.
It will be built in a renovated 1940’s art deco building featuring 96 boutique rooms.
