W Taipei appoints Wo Hoi Ming as executive Chinese chef of YEN Chinese restaurant.
Wo has more than 28 years’ experience with several restaurants, including Lei Garden in Hong Kong, Rice Empire at Sands Cotai Cental in Macau, Crystal Jade Golden Palace in Singapore and Thailand, and Tai Thong restaurant in Malaysia.
In 2012, he leaded the Xian Tao restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka, which received a Michelin Star.
