Curdin Schaufelberger is appointed executive chef at Radisson Blu Resort Hua Hin, slated to open later this year. This is a homecoming for Chef Curdin, having spent 12 years working in Thailand.
With over 30 years of global experience, Curdin has held key culinary leadership roles that included pre-opening, opening, hiring and training at several Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group hotels.
His global tenure spans work in Bermuda, Croatia, Kuwait, Nigeria, New Zealand and Russia.
